Molloyqs have been involved in construction for over 90 years. From a Building Contracting Business in the 1920’s, through the peaks and troughs of the Irish construction industry to a Quantity Surveying Practice founded in 1962 by Pat Molloy Snr.

MolloyQS have been involved in some of the most important developments in the Mid West to include Milford Hospice Redevelopment, Limerick Racecourse, The Limerick Private Hospital, Limerick Golf Club, Martinstown House and Stud and numerous other developments.
