About the Member:
 Graduated from U.C.C. in 1985, spent almost 20 years
working in construction. Became a consultant in 2004. Specializing in the once-off domestic housing sector
providing the following services;
• House and house extension designs and plans.
• Planning applications.
• Build supervision and stage payments.
• Certificates of Compliance with Planning and Building Regulations.
• Snag Lists.
• Structural surveys.
• Forensic engineering reports.
Also has experience in smaller scale commercial applications including design, planning, contract procurement and project management.
